I have had sinus problems for as long as I can remember. Every few months I would have such a horrible sinus headache that I’d be in pain for a full day or two, even sometimes not able to get out of bed, even with taking ibuprofen several times a day, which I hate to do but when the pain is bad you do anything you can. Anyway, the only thing that even remotely used to help was taking the occasional allergy medicine at bedtime, which makes me super tired the next day.
